The beauty farm and rehab center are interesting additions and the new spitter mechanic that allows you to reply to factions actually impacts the politics, but it’s not really a needed or improved feature to the game. Doesn’t add too much aside from recruiting celebrities to live on your island. All goods now are trending or not and random events effect trade good prices.
